Team Building Activities for Hostess & Promoter

Hostess & Promoter General Assembly took place in Florence last January 22nd, in occasion of team building activities with the participation of all the employees from all the agencies.

We had the possibility to meet our colleagues from Spain and Czech Republic: even if we were already in contact for our business, we had not yet the opportunity to know each others personally.

Primarily there was an interesting training: all the teams in fact took part in a

workshop moderated by Mirko Pallera, the co-founder and CEO of Ninja Marketing, one of the most visited portals on digital marketing, as well as active in training through Ninja Academy School.

We then had the opportunity to be updated on the latest news and avant-garde of digital marketing and in how companies should manage the relationship with their customers through social networks.

But after the study, there was also an fun afternoon: since we are experts in Guerrilla, we had the idea to organize a Paintball tournament as team building activities. Paintball is a game with the goal to eliminate the opponents by hitting them with gelatine balls filled with colored paint, shoot through special air guns called markers. What better way to vent (peacefully) aggressiveness for the collegues?
